Job Description
- Coordination with Customers, all internal teams to complete snags in the offices / homes of customers / projects and resolve all customer related maintenance issues.
- Quality Assurance Quality control
- Prepare/Verify BOQ/Estimates
- Contractor Bill verification recording Joint measurements
- Raising Material intends, receipt issues
- Reconciliation of client supplied materials
- Progress reviews, Time Cost Follow up
- Co ordinate with other project departments
- Follow all Electrical inspectorate rules, Acts Safety norms
- Coordinate with Associations / FMS / Technical Teams
- Handle all site related activities.
Required Candidate Profile
- B.E /DIPLOMA (Electrical) with 5 to 8 years of experience in the MEP/Project Electrical/Maintenance field preferably from project execution side.
- Should have positive attitude, good team player, can take ownership of all related processes
